Please note that we no longer supply a Garrett wastegate with this kit; the clamp provided with the Garrett unit is not wide enough. We can exchange it for a Turbosmart or Tial wastegate at no additional cost, or you may choose to switch to a PSR wastegate for a refund.

Add Ceramic Coating HERE: Add ceramic coating to your downpipe, manifold, or turbo housings by selecting the applicable options.

Turbo Manifold

Material: 304 stainless steel, 3mm thick, TIG welded
Design: Custom flange with T3 turbo inlet
Wastegate: 44mm V-band
Fitment: Fits S30 (240Z-280Z) and S130 (280ZX) models. Clears left- and right-hand steering.
Note: Not confirmed for 79-81 280ZX power steering (requires manual rack or 82-83 PS rack)

Downpipe

Material: 3” stainless steel
Features: TIG welded joints, flex pipe, 3” V-band flange, mandrel bent
Fitment: Clears aftermarket transmissions (300ZX, 350Z, 370Z)

Garrett GT3071R Turbo

Housing: 0.63 for optimal turbo response
Compressor: 53mm GT series aerodynamics
Bearings: Dual ball bearing, oil and water-cooled CHRA

Garrett GVW45 Wastegate

Efficiency: CFD tested for maximum flow and thermal efficiency
Reliability: Fully-replaceable bushing components
Actuator: Water-cooled ports (optional)

Oil/Water Line Kit

Includes:
- 2x 6AN water lines
- 1x 3AN oil feed line
- Stainless steel oil tee adapter
- Turbo oil feed fitting with built-in restrictor
- Coolant fitting, banjo bolts, and oil drain fitting

Additional Components

2x 3” stainless steel quick-release V-bands
T3 stainless steel gasket
4x SS turbo studs, washers, and nuts

For 350+ HP: We recommend a built motor and engine management/fuel upgrades for safe performance. Which we also can provide.

This will also fit the stock intake Manifold as well our ProTunerz intake..
