Turbo Oil + Water Line Kit for L-Series Engines

This turbo oil and water line kit is specifically designed for Garrett Ball Bearing and PSR turbos that require water cooling. It integrates seamlessly with our Turbo Kit to ensure a smooth installation process. Although tailored for our Turbo Swap Kit, it is also compatible with the stock turbo manifold when using a Ball Bearing Turbo. Additionally, the kit is designed to work with our Billet Thermostat Kit, but can easily be adapted to a stock thermostat housing. Kit Features:

The kit includes high-quality stainless steel PTFE braided lines with crimped stainless steel ends, ensuring both durability and a premium finish. These lines are further protected with a high-temperature heat cover to prevent damage from heat exposure. Most of the included fittings are either stainless steel or aluminum, promoting longevity and optimal flow. This kit not only promises to outlast your engine, but it will also enhance the overall appearance and provide peace of mind with its leak-free, reliable design.

Installation is simple and does not require welding, fabrication, crimping, or making your own custom AN lines.

Water and Oil Line Kit Includes:

  • 2x 6AN water lines (Silver Stainless braided with crimped fittings)
  • 1x 3AN oil feed line (Silver Stainless braided with crimped fittings)
  • Stainless steel oil tee adapter with 2x 1/8 NPT ports and 1/8 BPST port (for stock oil sender)
  • 1x stainless fitting for oil tee to turbo line
  • 1x aluminum fitting for turbo oil feed (with built-in restrictor)
  • 1x stainless 1/8 NPT plug (if not using the second port on Oil Tee)
  • 1x stainless coolant fitting for the block
  • 2x stainless banjo bolts
  • 1x stainless 5/8" barb "no weld" fitting with 2x NBR washers and SS nut
  • 1x zinc-plated steel oil drain fitting for the turbo

Compatibility: This kit is compatible with all Garrett GT, GTX, and G series turbos, as well as PSR turbos and other brands that use the same inlet/outlet fittings as Garrett turbos.
