Details version 0.1 

  • Construction - Stainless steel, 304 3mm thick Tig welded.
  • Custom Flange thick and improvements over stock design.
  • Dual T3 and T4 inlet divided Turbo flange! 
  • 44mm V-band Wastegate inlet for most new common WG (can still run internal gate with block plate included.
  • Will Clear T3 mid Frame turbo This was designed with GT35 in mind a great turbo for an L-Series with good low, mid and top response. Capable of 650HP 
  • Diamond Pattern ports to fit all Lseries heads!
  • Will clear Left hand vehicles and Right,
  • Will fit s30(240z-280z) and s130 (280zx) models
  • AC will also fit 
  • Ceramic Coat option will be available (more info before release)

-Turbo Header flange may be square port Reason being diamond leaves less to weld and for yoke spacer to seat properly 

 

INTAKE 

Select finish for Intake, Fuel Rail and Throttle body. 

INTAKE (4 colors Red, Blue, Flat Black , Polished, Gun Metal)

  • Angled Plenum/Runners: improves air flow smooth transition into head allows easier access to Header/DownPipe for maintenance. 
  • Less Heat soak due to reduced heat absorption properties of materials (when compared to stock and other aftermarket manifolds).
  • CNC BILLET Flange with built-in CNC MILLED velocity stacks runners to minimize turbulence and promote nearly even cylinder head aspiration at all ports.
  • Gorgeous Fabrication: TIG welded Aluminum
  • Bolts and Fittings included.
  • Vacuum ports: 4 on the top/side to support vacuum-based accessories and accurate MAP readings.

FUEL RAIL (4 Colors Black, Polished, Red, Blue)

  • Fuel Rail designed for 14mm/11mm Or oem Barb style Injectors
  • we have tested the injectors to work with 90% of injectors on the market with no issues. ev6 14mm (Injector Dynamics/Deatschwerks/Bosch DO NOT use "shortie" lsx style these are for 56-60mm standard injector length, RB26 / Factory z / Rx7 / Supra / Early siemens /deka 
  • ORB-8 inlet with 6AN male fitting ends
  • Fuel Pressure/Sensor Port (Plug included)

THROTTLE BODY (Will match chosen manifold color by default. (Otherwise message us for different color selection).

  • 75mm Throttle body, Improve throttle response and increase air flow!
  • Cable actuated. Improves throttle feel and smooths pedal feedback.
    (Plus no more yellow balls and ugly mechanical linkage!)
  • Utilizes stock OEM TPS/240sx or 2jz adapters included! (for modern Engine Management Systems that require potentiometer)

Dont forget to add a NEW TPS Sensor with connector to your order this is the proper TPS for intake.
