The new PTZ V2 S30 Catback Exhaust is here! We took everything we loved about our original V1 system and made it even better. While V1 was a great setup, we identified a few areas where we had to improve fitment, clearance, and overall installation. The result is a more refined exhaust system designed specifically for all types of S30 chassis.

What's New with V2?

  • Improved Floor Clearance: Redesigned to clear the floors of both 240Z and 260Z models, as well as the APEX Rear Subframe!

  • Additional Mid-Pipe Support: We redesigned one of our universal hangers to serve as a dedicated middle support, allowing the exhaust to hang near the differential for added stability and support.

  • Improved Ground Clearance: The exhaust is now tucked closer to the chassis, making it an ideal setup for lowered Z cars.

  • Extended Muffler Tip with "PTZ" Badging on both sides: Less Smell and customer suggestions to put badging on both sides to REP!

Engineered to pair perfectly with our turbo kits while remaining easily adaptable to factory or aftermarket downpipes, the PTZ V2 delivers precision fitment tailored to the S30 chassis.

Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, the system features V-band flanges and heavy-duty clamps for a clean, secure connection and hassle-free installation.

Adjustable Hanger System

We know classic Z cars don't always have perfect factory mounting points. Rusted, damaged, modified, or misaligned exhaust mounts can make installation a challenge.

That's why our system includes adjustable universal hangers that can be mounted virtually anywhere along the piping. The hangers pivot and offer height adjustment, allowing you to dial in the perfect exhaust position regardless of your vehicle's condition or modifications.

We took an already great exhaust system and refined the details that matter. Better clearance, improved support, and a tighter fitment make the PTZ V2 S30 Catback Exhaust our best version yet.
